What is KwoTit?
KwoTit is the lightweight top CRM software in ghana for business owners who want to manage customers and leads in one place. It helps businesses capture customer information the moment someone reaches out, so nothing gets lost. Set it up once, then share your KwoTit link so every customer interaction is saved automatically. It works for many types of businesses — furniture, tailoring, events, branding, and more. You can share your link anywhere or add it to your website.
Why should I use KwoTit?
Unlike traditional CRMs which also allow you to track leads, issue invoices and collect payments; KwoTit takes it a step further: we allow your customers to get a clear picture of how much it's gonna cost them to use your services there and then leading to a higher chance of dealing with ONLY pre-qualified leads.
How much does KwoTit cost?
There is a Free plan. It gives you 1 CRM page and 5 customer requests every month. The Pro plan costs $8 a month. It gives you 5 CRM pages and unlimited requests. The Lifetime plan costs $128 one time. You pay once and keep it forever. See all plans →
How can I pay?
KwoTit uses Paystack, trusted across Ghana, Nigeria, and South Africa, to keep your payment safe. You can pay with a card, mobile money (MoMo), or a bank transfer. It depends on where you live. Paystack handles every payment safely, so you can focus on your business.
What makes KwoTit different from a regular contact form?
A regular contact form just says "someone will get back to you." That can take hours or days. KwoTit captures and organizes every customer instantly, so you can follow up right away. Nothing to hide. How do I add KwoTit to my website?
First, go to Settings on the side of your screen. Then copy the small code you see there. Paste it on your website. Your CRM page will show up right away. It will match your website's look too.
How do I make it look like my own business?
This works on the Pro and Lifetime plans. Go to Business Profile. Add your business name, your logo, your favorite color, and a welcome message. The KwoTit name goes away. Your CRM page looks like it is all yours.
What happens if I get too many customer requests?
Your CRM page will pause new requests until next month. You will see a small message on your dashboard. If you want more requests right away, you can move to a bigger plan. Or you can just wait for next month.
Can I stop my Pro plan anytime?
Yes! Stop your Pro plan whenever you want. It keeps working until the time you already paid for ends. After that, you go back to the Free plan. The Lifetime plan is a one-time payment. There is nothing to cancel.
Is my information safe?
Yes! Everything is kept safe with Supabase. It is a trusted place to store information. Everything is locked and protected. Payments are handled by Paystack. We never even see your card details.
