How do I create my first quote calculator?
Sign up for a free account, then choose a ready-made page type that matches your business, or start from scratch. Add your questions, set a price for each answer, and your calculator is ready to share — no coding required.
Do I need a website to use KwoTit?
No. Every calculator gets its own shareable link (kwotit.app/your-business). You can send that link on WhatsApp, Instagram, or Facebook. If you do have a website, you can also embed the calculator directly on it.
What if my business type isn't listed?
You can still build a fully custom calculator from a blank page — add your own questions, pricing, and logic. Our 100+ templates are just a head start, not a limitation.
Where do I manage everything after signing up?
Your dashboard is the control center — it's where you build and edit calculators, view leads and invoices, update your business branding, and manage your plan.
Calculators & Pricing
What kinds of questions can I add to a calculator?
You can add multiple-choice questions, number inputs, yes/no toggles, and open text fields. Each answer can carry its own price, and you can set up conditional logic so certain questions only appear based on earlier answers.
Can I show prices in my local currency?
Yes. KwoTit supports GHS, USD, NGN, ZAR, KSH, and more. You can also configure a tax rate that applies automatically to the final price shown to customers.
How do I make my calculator look like my own brand?
On Pro and Lifetime plans, go to Business Profile in your dashboard and add your business name, logo, brand color, and welcome message. The KwoTit name is removed and the calculator looks fully white-labeled.
Can I edit a calculator after publishing it?
Yes — open it in the calculator editor anytime to change questions, pricing, or branding. Changes go live immediately on your shared link and any embedded widget.
How many calculators can I create?
Free accounts include 1 calculator, Pro includes 5, and Lifetime includes 500. You can see your current usage anytime from your dashboard.
Leads & Invoices
What happens when a customer submits a request?
It lands automatically in your dashboard's Leads section with their answers and calculated price. Depending on your plan, you'll also get an email notification so you can follow up quickly.
How do I turn a lead into an invoice?
Open the lead in your dashboard and click Create Invoice. KwoTit generates an invoice number, tracks payment status and due date, and produces a styled PDF you can send to your customer.
Can I track the status of each lead?
Yes — every lead has a status you can update as you work it, so nothing falls through the cracks.
What happens if I get too many quote requests?
Your calculator pauses new requests until your monthly limit resets. You'll see a message on your dashboard when this happens — you can upgrade for more capacity right away or simply wait for next month.
Embedding Your Widget
How do I add my calculator to my website?
Go to Settings in your dashboard and copy the embed code shown there. Paste it into your website's HTML, and the calculator will appear automatically, matching your site's look.
Does the embed work on WordPress, Wix, or Squarespace?
Yes. The embed code is plain HTML/JavaScript, so it works anywhere you can paste a custom HTML block or embed snippet, including most website builders.
Do I need to update the embed code every time I make changes?
No. The embed code stays the same — any edits you make to your calculator in the dashboard show up automatically on your website.

How much does KwoTit cost?
There's a
Free plan with 1 calculator and 5 requests a month.
Pro is $19/month with 5 calculators and 100 requests.
Lifetime is a one-time $138 payment.

KwoTit uses Paystack, trusted across Ghana, Nigeria, and South Africa. You can pay by card, mobile money (MoMo), or bank transfer, depending on your location.
Can I cancel my Pro plan anytime?
Yes. Cancel anytime from your dashboard — your plan keeps working until the period you've already paid for ends, then you move to the Free plan. Lifetime is a one-time payment with nothing to cancel.
Are subscription payments refundable?
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable, except where required by law. If something went wrong with a charge, reach out and we'll take a look.
Account & Security
I forgot my password — how do I reset it?
Use the "Forgot password" link on the sign-in page to receive a reset email. If you signed up with Google, sign in with Google instead — there's no separate password to reset.
Yes. Your data is stored securely with Supabase and protected with industry-standard security measures. Payments are handled entirely by Paystack — KwoTit never sees your card details.
How do I delete my account?
Contact us and we'll process the deletion of your account and associated data, in line with our
Privacy Policy.
